I worked on the jacket and interior design for this title. I think of all the picture books I worked on, this is one of my absolute favorites. The art is just stunning and the artist was a dream to work with. Her beautiful illustrations made it easy for me to figure out what kind of type and layout this book needed. We were even able to print this book with a fifth color (for the text type) and on uncoated stock. See if you can get yourself a copy because these jpgs don't do this work justice.
